Reference Sheet
Each Pose 40$ / Each Facial Expression 20$A reference sheet of your character with flat colors.
It can include a text description and other additional information.- It requires atleast one pose for you to add a face expression.
- Up to 4 poses and expressions max.
Terms of Service
General Terms- I work only on digital format.
- I don't work with written contracts for the moment. I expect the client agrees with the terms of service I present to avoid further damage.
- Provide visual references if possible, not required but preferable. Such as poses, colors, compositions, photos or written material.
- Don't provide references of plagiarized works.
- You can ask for work in progress, during any of the stages.
- Maximum deadline for me to finish the commission is 3 months.
- Don't ask me to draw fanart, I don't want profit off another's intellectual property. Just to avoid problems.Rights and permissions- I do not claim ownership of the intellectual property portrayed in the final work. I won't sell prints, nor merchandise of the characters/concepts depicted in the image. However I do have the right to use the images in portfolios, showcases and self promotion as I still hold rights to the artwork.
- You are allowed to make prints of your commissioned artwork as long as it's only for personal use. Otherwise you'd have to ask for my permission to sell my artwork and also pay a fee.
- If you prefer to stay anonymous, your name won't be displayed in the online post.
- If you wish your image not to be shown online you'll have to ask for it. But also fulfilling the condition of not posting it yourself, otherwise you are allowing me to do the same.
- The final piece will have my watermark on it.Payment and Refunds- Paypal only
- I require full upfront payment to start working on your commission.
- The payment will be done through Paypal only (USD). I will send you an invoice through your e-mail indicating the corresponding amount.
- You will receive a partial refund if the commission is canceled during any stage of the process, by either the artist or the client, subtracting the amount for which the commission has been done. You get a full refund in case I haven't started working on the piece by the time of cancellation.
- Corrections are free during the sketching stage, but after that I will start charging fees for every correction.
